theres a good range on here too, from about 19 to late 30's i think. it's good cos you get the people who are the same age as you, as well as the point of view from those who are older or younger than yourself, and those who have done it before. I think i ask on here more than i talk to my own family about some things.

Yep, I got so much support here when Maya was sick and I had no family around and no clue what to do with her, and now I kind of feel like I'm on the other side giving out advice (helps that I do a lot of research for my articles too).

it's good cos sometimes you don't want to ask docs midwives etc unless you really need to, and don't want to feel silly, at least i know that i can post and someone usually will respond within a few hours.
sometimes i think it would be so kewl to have all of us regulars meet up in one place in person with all our kiddies. it would be so hectic but kewl to put faces to names.

Funny enough I was thinking about that the other day Janine and thinking that If I saw you in the supermarket I probably wouldn't recognise you, but i would recognize paris. Same with a lot of the mums here I think!!!

The MSN group that I'm part of is having a huge meet up next May with all of us from all over Australia and NZ which wil be cool. You get to know people so well online, so it is cool to put a face to the names.

Which isn't often these days  But I still have the pic we took of Maya, Alyssa, Marshall, Dyon and Tori up on my fridge. It's so funny to see how much they've grown!
