I had an internal meltdown when I realised that I'd have three kids this christmas . Have spoken to hubbie this evening and we are going to go to the warehouse toy sale and stick some stuff on layby for our kids and our friends kids... OMG I can't believe some of you are that organised...

At the moment I am actually looking forward to Christmas. We save week by week for Christmas so the financial stress is off, I start looking for pressies in Oct/Nov-ish, so really a lot of the stress is off us. That is until me and FIL, and DH and my mum, get at loggerheads. Grrrr. Every year I hope it will all work out ok but hmmm.... I'm still hoping.

No please don't remind me I have no money three kids and my sister is coming over from Oz for Christmas with her six kids and they are staying with us. I have no idea how I'm going to buy all those presents. I've been buying christmas club vouchers now I'll have to start buying little presents as well.

Bombshell- if you haven't booked your function by the end of June, chances are you won't get anywhere half decent in December and will ahve to settle for ok in November!

I have just started thinking about James's birthday.
Christmas didn't even cross my mind. I buy presents for my family they get $20 each and since they all live up north they just get vouchers or a put money in mums bank account and she buys them for me so my sides pretty easy to buy for.
Jesse buys for his family he normally gets a shared present for his sisters kids last year he got them Guitar Hero then I think he spends about $20 each on his parents and sister.
So even though I started to have a mini meltdown when I read this post I think I am pretty much sorted too.

I can't believe that I am getting organised for christmas already - we have been putting money on a warehouse christmas club card - which you can spend all through december and also get a 5% discount on everything you buy through December.
Thankfully we don't buy for our Brothers and Sisters (apart from my 13 year old sister), but by christmas I will have 2 nephews and Elle to buy for - and I love giving presents!
