Hi Pepe
Just saw your reply gosh I'm slow on here! Haha yes keen and we are now 6 weeks pregnant To a different donor this time. Both times we have done testing via doctors privately Before hand and then just DIY at home both successful First round with my partner we are very fortunate! We joined a database and found both on there :) How are you going in your journey?? I hope you have Had success or are still hanging in there!

I thought I would let you know that Pepi got her BFP and due around end of June (same as me). She's been rather missing in action since though so we are all hoping she's just enjoying her pregnancy away from the net!!!
And congrats to all you same sex mummies - I admire the journey you have to go through to have children. One of my best friends has 2 mummies... and she's 34 now! So she's one of the first clinic insemination babies back in the day when things were done a bit differently with anonymous donors etc.

Hi all.. Glad to see this page still going albeit not for a while. Its been a year since i last posted and since then we've found a donor and heading to the clinic next week for first IUI to conceive our first little bubba. Odds are 1 in 5 they say. Feeling pretty nervous but hoping to link in with a good support group, online or in real life.. not sure where else to go thats local..

Congratulations P&G - thats awesome news!. and thanks for your well wishes.. Went in today for 1st IUI .. Feeling a bit up and down.. like it happened to someone else.. my partner has been really supportive and my mantra is 'whatever happens, i will get through'.. she's booked us into a hotel out of the city somewhere nice tomorrow.. so that should be good. I'm really freaking out about actually being pregnant now.. haha.. typical. I'm a bit worried about not having any family support over here as they're all in OZ.. but one thing at a time eh.. the two week countdown is next. keeping the faith x

Hello all! So awesome to find some other same sex mammas.
My GF and I are due to start IVF in the next week or 2. We are using her eggs and then I carry which is rather exciting.
Just wondered if there are any ladies in Auckland who may be due/trying this year? Be nice to be able to chat with others experiencing the whole process etc around the same time as us
